We have a 6 hour cancellation policy, with a 50% charge for less than 6 hours notice and a 100% charge for not calling.

Guests under 18 years old may be permitted to receive services with advance notice and spa approval.

20% gratuity will be added to all spa services for your convenience. Guests may adjust gratuity as they wish.
